Complaints and Conflicts [22.04.14]

It's almost weekend, right?  Do you have plans?
Are you good at dealing with the complaints?
There was a software tool I want to use, but other people don't agree to use that tool.
How did you convince them? 어떻게 설득시켰어?
I explained to people the effects of the tools.

He noticed about the problems, so I have to resolve them by Friday.
Customers blamed the company about the errors, so he make a apologize.
My senior colleauge file a complaints about the mistakes I made.
Are there any mistaken things on the report?

The human resources try to contact employees because of the contract.

Job interviews [22.04.16]

Good to see you again.
Let's go straight to it.
We have to briefly discuss the last meeting.
I get the job.
I created software for ~
That's cool! Wow!
That was great though, 
I'm a back seat passenger.
Now I can tell someone I know someone who has develop that.

 

I need to move up the ladder. 
If I can just get an interview, maybe I can get my foot in the door.
Because I really just try to get in there someway, somehow.
The interview is a opportunity to get your foot in your door 
I just want to get my foot in the door.
I just need a opportunity to try sth.

 

I don't want to judge the eithers.

 

I listed up questions that I think they may ask me at the interview. / before I get there, so I was not thinking too hard and long about the answers.  And that makes me help getting with confidence.
I can be very confident in myself.
