Sports Fitness [22.04.24] 
That is something I interested in for so long.
How often do you do the sports?

keep fit 운동, 식단으로 건강하게 관리되는 상태
cardio 유산소 운동
circuit training 여러 종류의 세트를 돌면서 하는 운동방법, 보통 헬스장
It help us not to get hurt.
I don't cool down either.
The main thing about cooling down is 
because of all the excercise your muscles are like
when you excercise you know what happens your muscles 
they actually broken down, so I cooling down properly 
you help them stoppoing hurt so much afterwards.

If you ever excercise sometimes, and then next day you can't walk or your legs hurt.
That's from the muscle actually tears when you excercise, so that's what the pain is.

 

 

Service animals [22.04.26]

I have seen someone walking around with guide dog / the cane.
Becuase we are stuck at home.
It's hard to think.
Have you ever seen at the airport in some countries, they have dogs to find drugs.
It's my fan on my computer. 
It's kind of loud, I didn't notice that it's loud before.
I think I got something wrong with it, so I'll take it back.
Good to know.
It's hard to train a service animal to assist blind people, because it depends on the personality of the dog.

that works, well / that not makes terrible errors

I usually get my work done on the deadline / before the deadline / late.
She's always cutting it close.

It is far better to be proactive in doing something and make mistakes than do nothing and be safe.

Multitasking is a little bit of a myth.
